Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the moja Pisarna.co application and related services made available by Pisarna Coworking (SDP d.o.o.) ("we", "us", "our").
The app is intended to support coworking workspace operations, including member access, desk and room bookings, check-ins, notices, events and community features. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Operator Information
The service is operated by Pisarna Coworking (SDP d.o.o.), with registered office at Cesta 24. junija 23, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Contact: hello@pisarna.co.
2. Eligibility and Invitation-Only Access
The app is intended only for invited users connected with the workspace, including members, administrators and community managers.
- You may use the app only if you have been authorised or invited to do so.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our own fault.
3. Purpose of the Service
The app is provided to help manage workplace and community operations. Features may include:
- member account and profile management;
- booking of desks, meeting rooms and phone booths;
- QR-based booking and check-in flows;
- event publishing and RSVPs;
- notices and member communication; and
- workspace administration and internal analytics.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app. In particular, you must not:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
- interfere with the app’s availability, security or integrity;
- upload harmful code, abusive content or content that infringes third-party rights; or
- circumvent workspace rules, including booking or check-in rules.
5. Bookings, Check-In and Workspace Rules
Resource availability shown in the app is operational information and may change in real time. Some resources may be visible in the app but marked as not bookable.
- You must use bookings honestly and only for legitimate workspace use.
- Some resources may require check-in after booking. If enabled, a missed check-in may result in automatic cancellation.
- Cancelled or expired bookings may immediately become available to other users.
- Admins and community managers may create, update, cancel or limit bookings when necessary for workspace operations.
6. User Content and Community Features
You remain responsible for any content you submit through the app, including profile information, notes, event-related content and uploaded images.
By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to do so and grant us a non-exclusive right to use that content as needed to operate the service.
7. Administration and Moderation
Workspace administrators and community managers may have elevated rights in the app, including the ability to manage members, resources, notices, events and invitations.
We may suspend, restrict or deactivate access where necessary to protect the workspace, enforce these Terms, investigate misuse, or comply with legal obligations.
8. Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Temporary downtime may occur because of maintenance, updates, internet failures, third-party outages or other operational reasons.
9. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, software, branding and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make guarantees that the app will always be available, fully accurate or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the app.
11. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of how the service operates.
12. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where your membership ends, your account is deactivated, you breach these Terms, or continued access is no longer appropriate for workspace operations.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, unless mandatory consumer or other applicable law requires otherwise.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the competent courts in Slovenia, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice in the app or by email.
